Rücken zum Ziel

In my last post I maximize indeed something of shoulder rotation and minimize Armrotation drivel. These thoughts Iwould like to continue on, because I found a book in a very good side and mmn appropriate to do so. The lesson is "back to the goal" of golf swing thoughts of Kölbingen and Jordan. I would like to briefly summarize the lesson here,as it eliminates many swing problems directly.
Quote swing thoughts of Alexander and Andrew Jordan Kölbingen BLV 2009 Page 70: "[...] While can be studiedwith top players, without exception, the movement of her right side down, it's "plane down" at the mere mortalshowever, so one thing: Only few centimeters of the right shoulder before she goes down> around it 'and turned the widely lamented Slice is an almost inevitable consequence. [...] Hit the ball with the feeling that the back still hasthe goal! the swing back into position, put everything in now to turn away from the target during the preswing back.automatically, must now take up the right shoulder to the desired way down. It [...] This is only a counterfactualnotion. necessarily even the upper body until the moment of impact again subjected to a rotational movement, butas an aid to the Vorschwungstart that may not matter much more important is:... the back turn to the target andremain in this upper body position during preswing as long as possible [.. .] thought this momentum is very efficientand solves a host of swing problems. "
Enclosed is a picture from this book. I hope the authors cut off my head not - actually I am doing just advertising forthe work that is really well!
Since then, I follow this idea, I bring a lot more real to lag the ball and Hitt simply constant. Try it!
Tomorrow it's now first on a visit to one of the top places in Münster, the golf club Wilkinghege. A beautiful parkland course. We will play four of a Chicago-Scramble. I hope this is not too expensive with the *- Handicap aboardschooners fg * but yes, we go through the hole after 6 pairings.
Square test and photos to follow ...
hit it hard - so long,
Cpt ho0k!
